Rough examples
- An upgrade from an old rewireable fuseboard to a new dual RCD split load consumer unit with Surge Protective Device – approximately £580-650 depending on number of circuits and location.
- 1st and 2nd fix wiring of basic loft conversion with bedroom and bathroom, including supply of all materials, downlights, switches, sockets and smoke detectors – approximately £1500-1800.
- 1st and 2nd fix wiring of basic kitch refit with under unit lighting, including supply of all materials, downlights, switches, sockets and unit lights – approximately £1200-1700.

Rates
9am-6pm - normal weekday
- £100 callout* which includes the first hour
- £80 per hour thereafter
All other times
- £200 callout* which includes the first hour
- £110 per hour thereafter
* subject to availability. Plus £10 surcharge for within M25. Plus cost of any parts supplied.
Guaranteed work
As always, all work carried out, including parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
Payments accepted
Payment can be made by cash, card or contactless payments, where limits allow.
